I am working on a case study about GM make-to-order cars at Gravatai plant located at Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. According to the material, it is very successful and that GMBG is planning to invest another US$ 1.0 billion to produce more models. Need comment on:
1. Is it easy to use GMBG web site to purchase car?
2. GMBG ability to deliver car as promised (between 5 - 14 days on receipt of payment),
3. Customer service experience and comparison with other car companies such as, Fiat, Ford, Honda, Toyota and Hyundai and,
4. Do you have other comments about this method of purchasing car?
